- Session 2: Photos, Email & Safe Browse. Unleash your inner photographer! We’ll dive into taking, saving, and sharing photos. Plus, we'll get your email set up and show you how to browse the web safely and use maps for navigation.
- Session 3: Apps, Security & Battery Life. Let's customize your device! You'll learn how to securely download apps from the App Store, manage your privacy settings with confidence, and learn our top tips for getting the most out of your battery.
Format: Three 60-minute one-on-one virtual sessions.

6) The Connected Ecosystem Package
Do you have a smart speaker, a new car with advanced features, or other "smart" gadgets that refuse to talk to each other? This package is your one-time fix to get your digital world working in harmony. Let us handle the complicated setup so you can enjoy the convenience.
What we'll solve together:
- Seamless Car Connection: We'll sync your smartphone to your vehicle (e.g., Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™) for easy access to maps, music, and hands-free calls.
- Unified Smart Home: We’ll connect your smart home devices (like Google Home, Amazon Alexa, smart lights, etc.) so you can control them easily from your phone.
- Voice Command Confidence: Learn to use your voice to manage your connected life, making tasks simpler and more intuitive.
Format: One-time virtual setup. Not based on allotted time based on tasks that need to be completed. Once the predeterminate task we agree on is complete that is the end of the session. Not to exceed 3 hours. (typically 30 minutes-3 hours).
Pricing: Our goal is to provide a comprehensive setup and tutorial tailored to your specific devices. Here’s a general idea of our pricing:
- Foundation Package - Starting at $199: This covers the complete setup, connection, and tutorial for your primary vehicle plus up to two smart home devices (e.g., a Google Nest Hub and a smart speaker). This is perfect for most clients looking to integrate their car and basic smart home.
- Custom Projects: If you have a more extensive collection of devices (e.g., multiple smart speakers, smart lighting, thermostats, cameras, etc.), we're happy to provide a custom quote. Simply send us a list of your devices, and we’ll reply with a firm price.
What Happens Next: Our Simple Scheduling & Policies
We believe in making every step of the process easy and transparent. To ensure we can dedicate our time exclusively to you, full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot.
Here’s what you can expect after you purchase a package.Scheduling Your Session
- Look for our email! Once your payment is complete, we will personally email you within 24 business hours to schedule your session.
- Find the perfect time. In our email, we will provide available dates and times. Most clients are able to book a session that fits their schedule within 3-5 business days.
Need Help Sooner?
We understand that some tech issues are urgent. If you need to schedule your session sooner than our standard availability, you can select our Priority Scheduling option.
- Priority Scheduling Add-On: $45
- This guarantees your session will be scheduled within 48 business hours of your purchase. You can select this option when you purchase your package.
Our Fair & Simple Cancellation Policy
We know that life happens and plans can change. We've designed our policy to be as flexible as possible.
- To Reschedule: You can reschedule your session at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Simply reply to your confirmation email, and we will work with you to find a new time.
- To Receive a Full Refund: If you need to cancel, you can receive a full refund as long as you notify us at least 24 hours before your session is scheduled to begin. To request a refund, please send an email containing your full name and confirmation number to Ron@NHousecontent. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Because we reserve this time exclusively for you, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time or for missed appointments (no-shows). The rescheduling option is also forfeited at that point.
How to Prepare for Your Session (So We Can Maximize Our Time!)
To make sure your virtual session is as productive as possible, we ask that you take a few moments to gather some information beforehand. This helps us dive right into solving your problems!
1. Know Your Device: Please have the model of your primary mobile device ready.
- Examples: iPhone 15 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S24, Google Pixel 8.
2. Check Your Software Version: It’s important your device is up-to-date. Here’s how to check:
- For iPhone/iPad:
- Go to Settings (the grey gear icon).
- Tap General.
- Tap About. The "iOS Version" or "iPadOS Version" is what we need.
- For Android (Samsung, Google, etc.):
- Go to Settings (the gear icon).
- Scroll down and tap About Phone.
- Tap Software Information. The "Android Version" is what we need.
3. Update Your Device: If you see an update is available, it's a great idea to install it before our call.
- For iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
- For Android: Go to Settings > System > System update (or similar wording). Your device must be connected to Wi-Fi and have sufficient battery to update.
4. For IoT/Car Sessions: Please have the brand and model of your smart devices (e.g., Amazon Echo Dot 5th Gen) or the year, make, and model of your car (e.g., 2024 Honda CR-V) ready.
